第20/2007号行政长官公告，命令公布二零零七年三月二十九日更新的受联合国安全理事会第1596（2005）号决议第13段及第15段规定的措施约束的个人及实体名单。行政法务司司长办公室：

　　监於中央人民政府命令在澳门特别行政区实施联合国安全理事会有关刚果民主共和国局势的四月十八日第1596（2005）号决议，该决议公布於二零零五年十一月三日第四十四期《澳门特别行政区公报》的第二组；
　　
　　又监於经第1533（2004）号决议设立的联合国安全理事会委员会於二零零七年三月二十九日对受第1596（2005）号决议第13段及第15段规定的措施约束的个人及实体名单作出更新；
　　
　　同时，监於本份二零零七年三月二十九日最新版名单取代了同一名单过往的版本，尤其是取代了二零零五年十二月十四日的版本，且已包含於二零零六年八月十八日（SC/8816号文件）、二零零七年二月六日（SC/8948号文件）及二零零七年三月二十九日（SC/8987号文件）所作的更新；
　　
　　行政长官根据澳门特别行政区第3/1999号法律第六条第一款的规定，命令公布於二零零七年三月二十九日更新的、受安全理事会第1596（2005）号决议第13段及第15段规定的措施约束的个人及实体名单的有用部分的英文原文及相应的中、葡文译本。
