　　* This Notice was made under section 13(4) of the repealed Mass Transit Railway (Transport Interchange) (Designation of Prohibited and Restricted Zones) Notice (Cap 270 sub. leg.). See section 64 and Schedule 3 to the Mass Transit Railway Ordinance (Cap 556).
　　
　　Cap 556G s 1 Designation of prohibited zones
　　
　　(1) The places described in column 2 of Schedule 1, being places within the transport interchanges specified opposite thereto in column 1, have been designated by the Corporation, with the prior approval of the Commissioner, as prohibited zones under section 13(1)(a) of the Mass Transit Railway (Transport Interchange) Regulation (Cap 556 sub. leg.).
　　
　　(2) The prohibited act within each prohibited zone is set out in column 3 of Schedule 1 opposite each place described in column 2.
　　
　　(3) The designation in respect of the places described in items 1(a) to (o) and 2(a) and (b) in column 2 of Schedule 1 shall become effective on 22 June 1998.
　　
　　(4) The designation in respect of the places described in items 1(p) to (t), 2(c) to (k) and 3 in column 2 of Schedule 1 shall become effective on 6 July 1998.
　　
　　Cap 556G s 2 Designation of restricted zones
　　
　　(1) The places described in column 2 of Schedule 2, being places within the transport interchanges specified opposite thereto in column 1, have been designated by the Corporation, with the prior approval of the Commissioner, as restricted zones under section 13(1)(b) of the Mass Transit Railway (Transport Interchange) Regulation (Cap 556 sub. leg.).
　　
　　(2) Drivers of all vehicles except franchised buses at designated bus stops or those vehicles issued with permits by the Corporation under section 13(6) of the Regulation are prohibited from-
　　
　　(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　
　　(b) loading or unloading luggage or goods,on any road within the restricted zones 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(3) The designation in respect of the places described in items 1(a) to (f) and 2(a) in column 2 of Schedule 2 shall become effective on 22 June 1998.
　　
　　(4) The designation in respect of the places described in items 1(g) to (i), 2(b) to (d) and 3 in column 2 of Schedule 2 shall become effective on 6 July 1998.

　　Remarks:
　　
　　1. This schedule becomes effective on 22 June 1998 in respect of the places described in items 1(a) to (o) and 2(a) and (b) in column 2.

　　(a) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-001 titled "TSING YI STATION SECOND FLOOR +19.97mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles except taxis are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(b) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-002 titled "TSING YI STATION THIRD FLOOR +27.67mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles except taxis are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(c) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-003 titled "TSING YI STATION THIRD FLOOR +27.67mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles except those issued with permits by the Corporation under section 13(5) of the Regulation are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(d) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-004 titled "TSING YI STATION GROUND FLOOR +7.90mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles exceeding 2.80 m in height or 8.00 m in length are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(e) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-005 titled "TSING YI STATION FIRST FLOOR +13.90mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles exceeding 2.80 m in height or 8.00 m in length are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(f) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-006 titled "TSING YI STATION SECOND FLOOR +19.97mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles exceeding 2.80 m in height or 8.00 m in length are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
　　
　　(g) The area delineated and coloured red on a plan numbered MTRC-TYSA-007 titled "TSING YI STATION THIRD FLOOR +27.67mPD" and deposited by the Corporation in the Tsing Yi Station Manager's Office.
　　
　　All vehicles exceeding 2.80 m in height or 8.00 m in length are prohibited from driving into or within the zone 24 hours daily.
