CAP 106S TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APSTAR-IA) (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) ORDER
| (36 of 2000 s. 28) (Cap 106, section 39) [14 June 1996] (L.N. 261 of 1996) Cap 106S s 1 Interpretation In this Order- "company" (公司) means the APT Satellite Company Limited. (Enacted 1996) Cap 106S s 2 Exemption The company, to the extent that it- (a) establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and (b) uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications, on the satellite APSTAR-IA, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under section 8(1) of the Ordinance.
